How to choose dBi？

Lower dBI: Great performance on uneven terrains, or areas with a high hotspot density.

Higher dBI: Great performance on flat terrain and low hotspot density.

Middle dBI: Perfect for those eniorments that fall in between the other enviorments described above.

What is nominal gain and maximum gain?

Rated gain refers to the stable value that the antenna can achieve under normal circumstances, and the maximum gain refers to the maximum value that can be achieved under the lowest loss and the best environment, but this value is not a fixed value, and the gain is often fluctuating.
