This hand-painted production cel with background comes from the 1967 Fantastic Four series called "Demon in the Deep". The characters name is Gamma Ray and was a one shot villain that was voiced by Marvin Miller who famously voiced Robby the Robot in Forbidden Planet.  The cel was cut out at the production studio and taped to the background. Condition as pictured.
