Sleeve condition VG+ some tearing to sleeve, see photos 8 and 9. Water stain to top right corner.

I remove the record and inner sleeve from the outer sleeve to avoid outer sleeve splits. Record will be professionally ultrasonically cleaned and placed in a new inner sleeve and sent using a strong cruciform cardboard mailer.
