Our mudcloth cushions, measuring 39cm x 39cm, are handmade in Mali using natural cotton fabric painted with fermented mud, showcasing traditional African patterns. Each cushion is a unique piece, with knots and twists reflecting the handmade nature of the product.

The thick cotton canvas, spun and woven entirely by hand, is dyed using a 100% organic technique with fermented mud and other natural dyes. Craftsmen infuse symbols into the fabric, telling traditional stories of the region. Originally used for camouflage by warriors and hunters, mudcloth is now a global symbol of African culture.
