Limited Edition Cachets by Sharon and Julian Pugh, American First Day Cover Society Award Winner.
Mr Pugh passed away in July 2015.

First cachet was in December 1981 (Cactus) and I think his family are still making cachets.
The Pughs are known for their skunk logo and their moto "The Ones That Educate and Inform!."
Pugh covers are numbered (10/150) on the front and come with a information sheet telling about the issue.
