All tires are shipped via UPS GROUND. Free shipping is to any of the continental 48 states. We do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico for an additional cost. Shipping time is between 2-7 business days after items shipped. Handling time is 2-3 business days on regular after payment has cleared. We do offer free local pick up in Fresno, Ca. Returns: if you receive a the wrong item or defective, we will accept the return. If you ordered the wrong item, don't need, ordered wrong, you must contact us to see if we'll accept it. If we do, you will have to pay for the initial + return shipping costs. No exceptions.
