Items sold as "new" or "new - other" are brand new. If the packaging for new items is worn or damaged, we sometimes check and securely re-seal the package.
Keep in mind that some of the items we sell as "used" are pre-loved or second-hand, so we don't always know the history.
Before items are dispatched we add a discreet security identifier to protect us, our customers and to help prevent fraud.
