Condition is used but fully functional.  The bottom felt is intact and it maintains the original "Made in Taiwan R.O.C."  Most likely dating in to the late 1970s - 1980s.  This piece weighs right at 12oz.  The spindle appears to be solid brass (it is not magnetic).  The exterior of the base is not magnetic but the black interior is magnetic.  There is a bit of pitting on the bottom corner of one side and typical surface wear.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition, design and size.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
