So this is New in Box - I have the white box, the locomotive, the operating instructions, and some little bag. There is some dust in spots but it appears it's never been ran. Although I purchased this as New In Box, I have no way to test it. This is sold as pictured as is. I will put the extra insurance on the item with USPS. - SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED AT TIME OF DELIVERY. If you are not home, they will leave you a post card saying to come to the post office to pick up the package. If you are at home, they'll simply have you sign that you received it.
