To begin with, a Mould Impression Kit will be shipped out to your chosen address within 24 Hours of payment being made.

*Please note* 1 impression kit will be included in your order, you can either use this and attempt at taking a mould yourself or you can go to your local dentist to get a mould done.

*If buying from out of the UK, please attempt the dentist method in order to speed the process up on both ends!!

The aim with the mould is to get an accurate impression of your teeth, this must include the gum line so it is advised that you aim to go above the gum line with your impression, instructions videos can be provided or found online, this is a relatively easy process, don’t overthink it, just try to get it done correctly. If mould is done incorrectly, you will need to purchase another impression kit or go to said local dentist to complete correctly!!

Once the mould has been done, please send completed mould back over to the return address provided

After completed mould is received on our end, production will start and should be complete within 7 to 14 days.

After making the Grillz an attempt will be made to send a picture of the final results to ensure we both are happy with what you are about to receive. Once you decide you are happy with the final look, item(s) will be shipped to your address via next day delivery, tracking will also be shared with you, hope to hear from you soon!!
