I have a vintage Ultra EZ Vogue # 8740 pattern that features a tapered jumper and a long-sleeved blouse. The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Close-fitting, tapered jumpsuit, above ankle, has low armholes and back zipper and hemline slit. 
• Loose-fitting blouse has collar, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads and long sleeve pleated into button cuffs.  Narrow hem.

This is a misses' sizes 18, 20 and 22. This is an out of production, uncut pattern.  It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns.  I will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
