For sale new upgraded oil pickup seal suitable for Opel/Vauxhall insignia, Astra or Zafira with 2.0 CDTI engine (code A20DTH , A20DT , A20DTJ  , A20DTR , A20DTE ) 130/160bhp and Fiat Ducato 2.0 JTD multijet 115bhp. This will replace your factory faulty seal which was commonly causing engine seize in those vehicles.
Our seal will permanently connect sump with oil pick up which permanently fix factory fault in those engines. Our seal is made from heatproof materials (up to 230degrees), wont be afected by oil(unlike factory rubber) and doesn’t change shape which assures correct work. Fits p&p replacing your old faulty seal. Nothing needs to be modified, just take out the old one and put on a new gasket  .
 
My Insignia seals are made very accurately from a special metal alloy. The extra seal is made of Viton, not ordinary rubber !
The accuracy of the gasket is very important 0.005mm, for the proper operation of the engine
Avoid fakes  seal, you can damage the engine. Badly made gasket made of inappropriate metal, changes its dimensions ! under the influence of high oil temperature  .
Such a seal does not require re-exchange and is durable
