This is a Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft which is common for cars from this era, please consider all proper break in procedures in regards to this information.  Zinc additive should be used every oil change on older vehicles that run Flat Tappet Cams, please bare this in mind when using modern day engine oils.   No refunds will be given for used or damaged camshafts from misuse.
