NOTE - Items are described to the best of our ability. Items are NOT new unless noted in the description and/or title. If we advertise the item in working condition, we will issue a refund for a defective product or replace it if we have a similar product in inventory.

       
             
  • If the item is listed "as is," or as "parts/repair" or "parts and/or repair" it may not be tested and is not covered as a return through EBay's return policy.

  • We will accept returns of items listed as "New", "Open Box", or "Used" that are found to be non-functioning for fourteen (14) days after the original purchase date. Only items found to be in non-functioning condition are eligible for return.  We DO NOT accept returns for misreading of sale notice or simply "not wanting" the product anymore or by the buyer simply stating "I changed my mind."

  • We do not accept returns for technological items. Please have professionals help you with these items. We only accept returns for defects not listed in the posting. Anything listed as a defect/deficiency with an item for sale, the buyer understands they are purchasing it in that condition and a refund will not be issued.

  • Computers, (towers, laptops), will have a Technician Inspection Report. Based on this report, which the item is shipped, there is an understanding you are accepting the computer as listed and reported. (A copy of which is included in the photographs of the item being sold.
