The LIFETIME WARRANTY on Rack and Pinions begins only after we have received your old part.
Our lifetime warranty is activated only after we have received your old part within 60 days of your purchase
The stated warranty term applies only to the above parts purchased from FIFI USA .
FIFI USA holds no responsibility for labor costs or installation fees. Shipping fees are not included in the execution of warranty claims.
FIFI USA warranties the above mentioned products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime period from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.
FIFI USA will replace any of the above parts should that part be deemed defective by FIFI USA . This expressed warranty covers only the aforementioned items, their internal parts, seals, O-rings, and gaskets.
ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PARTS ADDED PERIPHERALLY (ie: inner tie rods and boots), and ROAD CONDITIONS are specifically NOT covered by the warranty agreement.
BENT SHAFTS, TIE RODS, and HOUSINGS are specifically NOT covered by warranty.
This warranty covers ONLY the part purchased from FIFI USA .
FIFI USA assumes or accepts NO responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part. There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed. Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser of the above mentioned parts. The original purchaser of the part will be the only party to which this warranty applies. There is no stipulation of warranty to anyone but the original purchaser. Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately VOID.
Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to FIFI USA with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part.
FIFI USA assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.
The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated on the invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.
Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty.
This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and is non-transferable under any circumstances.
FIFI USA at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser.
For any FIFI USA warranty claims requesting cross shipping (FIFI USA ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 100% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item. The deposit will be immediately returned to the purchaser upon receipt of the alleged defective part via PayPal.
