About Watex Pocket Watch
This pocket watch is a special edition timepiece from Swiss brand Watex, issued in 1985 to commemorate the reign of Emperor Showa, who holds the record for the longest-reigning emperor in Japanese history. The hunter case of this watch features an engraving of the Nijubashi, a famous bridge located within the Imperial Palace grounds. Even ordinary citizens can cross this bridge during events such as the New Year's public greetings.
