This is the only xenon light model with a built-in voltage booster circuit. The voltage booster circuit maintains the initial illuminance until the batteries are about to run out. This makes it more difficult for the xenon lamp to run out of bulbs and gives a brighter feeling than direct drive bulbs such as P60.
