This hard paste porcelain sugar bowl was made by New Hall circa 1790-1800 , it is from the Pat Preller collection and bears her label on the base .
It has a reeded body and is decorated with a hand painted central basket of flowers and flowers around the side . 
It stands at 2 3/4" high and measures 5" in diameter .
There is a flat chip on the top edge , there is a very small under the glaze chip on the top edge and some speckles of fine kiln dust and staining from when it was made . There is no glaze crazing .
