Notes

The length of the fabric may vary slightly as the fabric is cut at a certain point taking into consideration the way the pattern will appear. Each item has uneven dyeing, distortion of the cloth, wrinkles in the weave, etc. Please note.

"Kamaboko" is a small silk-screened (hand-printed) cloth made by Sayaro Yuzuki, one of Japan's leading dyers.

You can enjoy Yuzuki's masterpieces up close, not only as tapestries and table liners, but also for making small items such as bags.

Mr. Sayaro Yuzuki is recognized as a leading expert in stencil dyeing, but in recent years, in addition to the depletion of the dyes he used to use, as well as the aging of stencils and the aging of craftsmen, he is no longer using traditional stencils. It is now difficult to produce by dyeing.

In order to preserve the dyed fabric of Yuzuki's original design, this work was produced using silkscreen (hand printing) to reproduce the atmosphere, color, and texture of the pattern as faithfully as possible to the original. .

Dyed fabric can be enjoyed both as interior decoration and for practical use.

Just one piece of this piece will make the atmosphere in your room much nicer.
