The ION-001 Ionizer Unit neutralizes static electricity charged on record discs by emitting positive and negative ions from two outlets, using positive and negative ions. Since it does not have a fan or similar device, it operates silently and can continuously neutralize static electricity even during record playback. It can also be used to neutralize static electricity on CDs and other items by using a stand.
