(300-600g) flat-rounded fruits (sometimes with a nipple on the top) with yellow, green and pink color interiors and exteriors when fully ripened. This variety has a meaty flesh with a rich, sweet fruity flavor. It's a perfect choice for slicing, garnish, sandwiches and sweet sauces.
