This is a Mini BALL HEAD for your Tripod.  It can and will fit on any tripod, but is most often used on smaller tabletop type tripods.  It is also important to know even though this ball head is heavy duty and very sturdily made, it would not be able to hold a big digital camera with a long lens.  And that is also true if your tripod is also not heavy duty.  So, just make sure you are getting the correct ball head for the tripod and camera you will be using with it.  This ball head is Brand New in the package, but as you can see the plastic part of the packaging does have some breaks in it.  Made in Italy!
