REFUND, REPAIR, SIZING POLICIES

We have a generous 30 Day Return Policy with 100% money back guarantee. All items ship out with a security tag which must still be on the piece to receive a full refund.

We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days after receipt of your purchase. You can return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - No Questions Asked. There is a $100 return fee on items that were sized free of charge before shipping out. Resizing fees and appraisal fees are non refundable. After 30 days all sales are final. To process your refund/repair/sizing please contact us so we can note you will be returning the item. All items must be sent via US Postal Service and MUST be insured for the purchase price, signature requested delivery.

If you are seeking a refund, please be advised that it takes 7 days (1 week) for a PayPal refund and 30 days (4 weeks) for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We do not charge a restocking fee. You will be refunded the item's purchase price minus the shipping charge. Items must be returned with the jewelry box they were sent in. Any item that has been sized by another jeweler, altered, or damaged in any way will NOT be accepted.

SIZING DETAILS

Please message us to let us know if you want your ring sized or a stone set. If you are seeking to have your ring sized or stone set, please be advised that it takes 1-2 business days to size after purchase, and 3-5 business days after we receive a piece that has been shipped to us to be sized, plus two business days to be shipped back to you. Rings that are sized by DiamondTen can be accepted for return, but items that are sized by independent jewelers will not be accepted for return.
