Please see all the pictures which include the contents and list of illustrations and maps.  Originally copyrighted in 1925, this is the 1928 fifth printing.  It is in good condition with dust jacket that has been backed with acid free paper and mylar.  The pages are darkened from age.  It appears the first page (front end page) was removed which resulted in exposing the band (see picture).  There appears to be no other separation.  I have found no writing on the pages.
