This item has some defects, most are pictured such as the small holes, or split folds. The only defect not pictured or hard to see is slight water/moisture damage. The cover has a little bit of warpage as well as the map. I don't know if it had moisture in the tote it was in or actual water in the tote that was in our garage. Since no other items had any issues in the tote. Beside slight tears, small hole, and some warping which is not major, this is ready for your next D&D game!
