If the item was not labeled OEM in the item description and/or title, the original purchaser also only received the product key and downloaded the software from the manufacturer. Each key can only be activated once, these come from a volume key. All company names, brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe products and services. This is not a Microsoft LICENSE, but a product key.

By purchasing the software, you expressly agree to the execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period. I have taken note that my right of withdrawal expires at the beginning of the execution of the contract, if not, please do not purchase the software.

Obligation to pay compensation:

If you make use of the key, the value replacement in the amount of the purchase price paid applies. This means that there is no right of return for this product key. (Product keys) are goods which can no longer be resold after activation. Therefore, compensation for a deterioration in value caused by the intended use of the item can be demanded in accordance with Section 357 (3) sentence 1 BGB if the consumer is informed of this in text form at the latest when the contract is concluded or immediately after conclusion of the contract and the consumer was informed of the obligation to pay compensation and a way to avoid it in good time before submitting his contractual declaration.

Cancellation policy (for digital content)

When purchasing digital content (e.g. activation key for the use of software), you can expressly agree to the immediate execution of the contract. In this case, the activation key will be sent to you before the withdrawal period expires. Your right of withdrawal expires with the execution of the contract. If you wish to receive the activation key before the expiry of the withdrawal period, please expressly agree to the execution of the contract by e-mail and also confirm that you are aware of the expiry of your right of withdrawal. With the immediate purchase of this offer, you expressly agree to the execution of the contract and confirm to us that you are aware of the expiry of your right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal for this contract has therefore expired.
