Wooden massager or toddler toy.  It is in the shape of a turtle and is a glossy brown.  It is great for massaging your neck back, arms and legs, almost a full body massager.  A young child might have fun with it as a toy as it will roll along on a carpet or floor.  Great item for either or both applications.
