EvaHomeRug stair carpets are packed very carefully according to the number of pieces you want. It is aimed to offer you the best product by checking the carpets one by one after they are packed.

EASY TO INSTALL

✔ No need to remove heavy tools, our carpet steps are easy to install!

✔ If you wish, you can stick the carpets to the stair steps using double-sided tape.

➤ Please Note: Adhesive is not included in our carpets.

✔ Edge (overlock) stitch colors of our carpets may differ according to the color of the carpets. If you have the color you want on the side seams, please specify when ordering.

✔ Since our carpets use digital printing technology at high temperatures, the dimensions of our rugs can vary between ± 2-4%.

✔ The sample colors you see may differ slightly from our samples due to the color calibration of your monitor.

 ✔ The images in the ad are sample images of the products. It was put in to show how the carpet looks. Your order will be produced as in the first image. Since our products are specially produced for you from scratch and from the same material, our advertisements are supported with sample images instead of adding real pictures of all our carpets.

✔ Delivery is made to all countries of the world in 3-9 days on average, and there may be delays from time to time due to address and country conditions, but this did not exceed 1% of our total order.

❓ RETURN AND EXCHANGE RULES

We produce your orders specially for you. These carpets, which are specially produced for you, are delivered to the cargo after passing the quality control, but if there is a problem such as a production error, we take the necessary measures for your satisfaction.

Except for these reasons, since the shipping fee is high, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, we respond positively to non-arbitrary and valid reasons for refund requests.
