This item is brand new in box, but I opened the box to take the picture. This cooktop comes with one owner manual, one little pack of cleaner with a little pack of screws, and 2 metal pieces for the installation ONLY. 

                   I took off the plastic film on the top surface to test the item.The cooktop functions perfectly and flawlessly.
