This is an absolutely gorgeous dress by Phool. It has quite a 70's look but I'm not sure of the exact age, it may be from the 80's. It is made of 100% cotton, in white with green stripes. It has a tiered skirt, tie back waist and high collar neckline. Absolutely stunning and beautifully made.

Measurements – armpit to armpit 21”, waist 16", length from back of collar to hem 41”
