Priced originally at 50 cents, Oahu Publishing Co, of Cleveland “World’s Largest Publisher of Guitar Music,” Hollywood, Calif.: Western Music Publishing Co., 1942, Arrangements dated 1944. 30 pages separate cover, #673, Red Cover with Blue photo of Gene Autry on horseback. Some wear on edges of cover but inside pages clear and crisp, no writing, no tears. This is an unusual Gene Autry Song Book.

2. “Songs Gene Autry Sings” Compiled by Gene Autry and Arranged by Nathan Scott (Hollywood, Calif.: Westr’n Music Pub. Co., 1942). 50 pages plus separate cover.  17 songs and 10 black and white illustrations.  Studio Shot of Autry, Gene and wife Ina, Gene with Champ, Gene visiting Children’s Hospital in Glasgow, Gene with Champ at Melody Ranch, Gene in the parade in Dublin. Gene in a scene from “Shootin High” and more. Earl got this from his Mother for Christmas in 1947 (or at least that’s what the inscription says on the cover – along with a 1940s Santa Claus sticker).

Wear and a couple little tears on the edge of the cover.  Inside front cover has an autobiography of Gene Autry. Music for Voice, Piano and Ukulele. Binding is beginning to tear wear from the inside pages. No writing, rips or tears inside but pp. 23 to 30 has worked their way away from the staples.
