Invoice Terms

No Labor Warranty. All parts must be installed within 30 days of delivery or pick up in accordance with procedures set forth within this document. All warranty claims must be validated with original receipts of purchase.

At Brisbane Car Parts discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund any defective part to the original purchaser, providing all warranty guidelines & procedures have been followed.

Exclusions:

1. Parts installed in vehicles for off road use, or street legal vehicles modified beyond factory specifications are not covered by this warranty.

2. Parts installed in commercial, or fleet vehicles or marine use are not covered by this warranty.

3. Incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to the cost of related parts, loss of income, travel expenses, rental, towing, and diagnostics fees are not covered by this warranty.

4. This warranty will not cover damages or failure arising directly or indirectly due to improper installation or related vehicle issues, misuse, abuse, maintenance neglect, environmental conditions, or accidents.

General Limitations:

1. Brisbane Car Parts reserves the right to have the part inspected to ensure that all the provisions stated within the warranty have been met and to inspect the part prior to repair, replacement or refund.

2. Any repairs or removal of the part before Brisbane Car Parts or its contractor can inspect the part will void the warranty.

3. Warranty is valid to original purchaser only. Warranty is not transferable. Any part returned must be in same condition as when purchased.

4. This part may have accessories that are attached and must be removed or switched for proper installation. This is solely the responsibility of the installer as such accessories are not covered under this warranty.

5. Warranties are applicable for ONE-TIME use, Products repaired or replaced under warranty for which a warranty claim has been paid by Brisbane Car Parts (regardless of the type of warranty claim made) shall thereafter only be warranted as a 6 months part repair or replacement LIMITED WARRANTY *** unless a new extended warranty is added (then purchased by the customer) to the repaired or replacement part. Offering a new extended warranty on repaired or replaced part is up to our discretion.

6. This warranty is void if any of the following occurs.

(A) Part is installed in an application not intended by the vehicle manufacturer.

(B) Failure caused by towing a trailer unless your vehicle is rated by the manufacturer for towing.

(C) Failures caused by non-covered components, improper installation, abuse, misuse, racing, poor workmanship, improper or lack of maintenance.

(D) Failure caused by or related to collisions, theft, vandalism or any act of God.

(E) Warranty on all mechanical parts including but not limited to Engines and Transmissions is void unless installed by a certified ASE technician.

Returns Terms & Conditions

RETURNS: Parts will only be accepted back if they are in the same condition as sold.

If you need to return an item, please open the return, and select the reason "I changed my mind". Once that is done a return label will be issued.

All parts are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If any part supplied by Brisbane Car Parts proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be given.

Any part(s) correctly supplied by Brisbane Car Parts and returned after 14 days is subject to a 20% handling charge.

All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery & contact Brisbane Car Parts within 1 working day. This is to ensure that, if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. Goods once signed for are to be returned at the Customers expense.

In the event that a part is supplied as ordered but the customer has ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately via eBay message, and the part returned to Brisbane Car Parts within 7 days of purchase at the cost of the customer.

Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods to our premises.

Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly before being signed for. Refunds are not always possible for goods that have been damaged whilst in transit.

The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note/docket are not acceptable.

Brisbane Car Parts will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition.

By clicking "MAKE OFFER" or "BUY IT NOW" on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Title to the goods shall remain with Brisbane Car Parts until paid in full with cleared funds.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

For items shipped via LTL Freight Our freight carrier requires a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the truck.

Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercial business address.

If you cannot provide a commercial business address, we can deliver this part to a freight terminal for your pick-up at no additional charge.

Please contact us first so that we can give you the location of your closest freight terminal.

Small items will be shipped by UPS or USPS with live tracking information.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your part ships.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.
