Ingredients:

Beef Protein Blend (77%) (hydrolysed protein, L-Glutamine, L-Arginine), reduced fat cocoa powder, flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), flavours, maltodextrin, emulsifier (lecithins (soya)), thickeners (cellulose gum, carrageenan), creaming mix [coconut fat, maltodextrin, vegetable protein, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)], salt, sweetener (sucralose).

Directions for use:

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaped spoons) of powder with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, drink at least two servings per day; the first 45 minutes after training and the second serving between two meals. On rest days, drink one serving in the morning and one in the evening.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the formula. During pregnancy and lactation, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage:

Out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place, avoid excessive heat. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing.
