Omega-3 Total (200 ml) from brand and Norsan is a dietary supplement containing a unique combination of natural high EPA fish oil and organically grown extra virgin olive oil (antioxidant). A daily serving (8 ml, approximately 1 tablespoon) provides 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). A recommended dose of 2 g omega-3 has been shown to effectively regulate insufficient omega-3 levels in the body, which can be detected by measuring the omega-3 index.

Fish oil comes from wild and sustainable fisheries. NORSAN oil is not sourced as a by-product, but comes directly from the whole fish. Small fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies are caught in the wild. They are caught according to strict sustainable fishing guidelines and are certified with the well-known 'Friends of the Sea' seal. The fish oil is cleaned of contaminants and PCBs and inspected according to strict Norwegian regulations.
Natural fish oil consists of a fatty acid complex of more than 50 fatty acids. This natural fish fatty acid structure is preserved during the extraction and purification of Omega-3 Total oil. Due to the pollution of the marine environment with heavy metals and chemicals, its inhabitants also absorb these pollutants through their diet. For this reason, it is necessary to carefully purify the raw fish oil and remove any potential contaminants. The effect of consuming our unconcentrated natural fish oil is similar to that of consuming fish, and without contaminants.
The quality of the raw materials and the exceptional refinement of the fish oil give NORSAN Omega-3 Total a pleasant taste. A few drops of natural lemon oil provide an additional hint of lemon (product also available without lemon oil). The oil is particularly "fresh", which also translates into a good taste. "Freshness" is measured, among other things, by the low total oil oxidation value (TOTOX). The high quality of the raw materials and the unique 3-stage processing and cleaning process, which also includes micro-distillation, guarantee the exceptional quality of NORSAN fish oil. Directions for use:
Recommended daily serving is 8 ml, approximately 1 tablespoon. For optimal absorption in the body, it is recommended to take the oil in conjunction with (or immediately after) a meal. At the recommended dosage, a bottle is sufficient for 25 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the preparation. During pregnancy and lactation, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Storage:
Unopened products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Please note that crystals can form at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. They will dissolve again after a few minutes at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before consumption. The product should be kept out of the reach of small children.
