Ingredients:

Calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, calcium citrate), magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium gluconate, magnesium citrate), bulking agent: cellulose; maltodextrin, stabiliser: cross-linked cellulose gum; zinc (zinc gluconate), acidity regulator: citric acid, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of (vegetable) fatty acids, glazing agent: glycerol (vegetable), colour: carnauba wax, anti-caking agent: (vegetable) fatty acids.

Contraindications:

Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people taking medication or who are ill should consult a doctor before taking the product.

Dosage:

3 tablets daily, with a meal or use as directed by your doctor.
