They have been in a hot garage in Florida for some time and the tongue is showing flaky residue, you can hardly see until you start looking closer, I tried to get good photo's up close, and it is hard to tell without touching the shoes. 

I did not want to just throw these out because they are in fabulous condition, besides being in the heat and having sticky residue. 

Maybe someone knows how to clean these up or repair them. 

Lower price reflects flaws.
