Very good: No or minimal scratches to disc, no or minimal defects to case or inserts (May not contain insert)

Good: Some scratches on disc, wear and tear to the case, writing inside the case, bent booklets. 

Acceptable: Lots of scratches on disc, obvious damage to case and booklets.
