Splendid rare antique good quality Soprano Ukulele by Telesforo Julve; with Juan Gomez label inside.
Soundboard is Spanish cedar and is free from cracks and repair.
Julve supplied Ukes labelled/branded for export as Juan Gomez, Barcelona.
Size; 512 mm overall, neck is approx 40 mm wide at the nut.
Date; 1920s-30s.
The action is around 3.5 mm at the 11th fret, it plays well with a bright resonant tone.
In good condition overall with some minor marks, a small chip to the sound-hole veneer, see photos.
New clear nylon soprano strings fitted.
