Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock right hand front door lock / latch assembly, GM part number 3698814.  This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part.  According to my vintage manuals, this is used on the following models and years:

1952-1955 Chevrolet Truck...1st Series

  

  The lock assembly is in brand new, never used condition and shows no indication of ever being mounted or installed.  .  The original GM parts tag is still attached to the piece.
