The Vintage lace up leather Boots came from Burk & Co, a company that was around from 1897 into the mid/late 1900’s. They were originally known as Burk, Fried & Co based out of Baltimore, MD. I believe these boots, based on the tag sewn into the right boot came from their building erected in 1916 on Church St in Nashville, TN.

The boots are in good/wearable condition. There is wear and cracking to the leather, as well as scuffs. One boot has laces while the other doesn’t. They have eyelets going all the way up, no hooks. Inside each boot, the leather is stamped with 470 2645. It looks as if someone resoled them as there are ‘Stick Ons’ labeled Men’s Large on the bottoms. They appear to be vintage Auburn Rubber Stick Ons from the 1940s. The leather measures roughly 13” from top of heel to top of leather. They measure roughly 10 3/4” from heel to toe.
