Vintage 80s Black Velvet Cropped Button Up Vest.

I can picture this with a white shirt and a Debbie Gibson style bowler hat!

In good vintage pre-owned condition with minor flaws (pictured).

*Some picks in the fabric here and there.

*The left shoulder has some thread holes. It looks to be a manufacturer's defect because I can't find where the threading would have come out.
