Function:
Mode 1 ：everlasting brightness

Lights all come up for 3 modes. The frequency for Mode 2 is 10hz, for mode 3 is 40hz.
The difference between Mode 2 and Mode 3 is that the strobe times change from 10 to 40 times. Strength is different.

Mode 1 has no strobe function.
