Some more info on this iPod:
** The stock 650mah Battery was replaced with a 3,000 mah battyery.
** The aging hard drive was replaced with 2 512GB MicroSD cards in an iFlash Quad adapter, so you can add another 2 cards in the future if you'd like. By default I format these for Windows/PC use, but am more than happy to format them for apple products if you use Macs.
** This iPod uses a thick back case. The front is a red aluminum alloy face plate with a new black clickwheel and a red center button.
** This was tested with my own music library prior to sale and functioned as it should, providing very high quality sound out of the headphone jack. Also note that due to the much larger battery size these iPods can take awhile to fully charge. But they last a lot longer between charge to make up for it.
NOTE: 6th through 7th Gen iPod classics are notoriously picky about what they are being charged with. Certain USB adapters may work, but I can only guarantee that they will charge via a USB port on your computer. Data blocking / Charge Only USB Adapters can allow your iPod to charge with any usb outlet. I know Plugable makes one that works, I haven't yet tried other brands.
