Externally, excellent, and well bound on the inside.  Mostly clean pages with the exception of some writing on inside of first white page and small tear of print on page 45.  Some pages a little stuck at the beginning.  Small burgundy sticker from a previous place of ownership on inside back cover.  Little general wear. Please examine pictues.  Very Good condition.
