Innovative occlusive eyebrow and eyelash tinting system "FLASH TINT" in a convenient format, ready to use (does not require separate mixing with oxidizer). Due to the unique chemical composition, depending on the individual characteristics of the client, his eyelashes and eyebrow hairs are dyed in 1-15 minutes.

"FLASH TINT" contains a unique care complex that moisturizes the hair and does not overdry the skin. The paint has a natural hydrogen index (pH), which is preserved throughout the painting procedure.

* Shades 09 Warm Brown, 10 Cold Brown, 11 Light Brown have a pure bright color. To obtain muted brown shades as a result of eyebrow coloring, add the necessary amount of paint in the shade 08 Black to these colors.

Elan Flash Tint eyebrow paint has a unique composition that has no analogues.

The formula of the paint of the new era is developed according to the principle of the occlusion effect with a high content of polysaccharides, which deeply moisturize the skin and hairs without excessive evaporation. Thanks to occlusion, direct dyes interact with the hair and skin, providing an impeccably even, saturated color.

The paint does not contain paraphenylenediamine, ammonia, ethanolamine and their substitutes. The paint has an instant effect and provides stable coloring. It has a pleasant aroma.

Depending on the type of skin and the structure of the hairs, FLASH TINT paint ensures stable coloring of the skin - up to 10 days, hairs - up to 14 days.

 

The care complex of active components provides hair hydration and nourishment:

arginine is an amino acid that restores the protein structure of hair and skin. Regenerates, restores, eliminates microdamages, smoothes the structure of hairs and skin;

hyaluronic acid intensively moisturizes the hairs, attracting water molecules and keeping them in the hairs and skin, preventing dehydration;

hydrolyzed collagen molecules penetrate the structure of the hairs, fasten the cuticle scales, protect the cortex and form a film that makes the hairs stronger, voluminous, elastic, shiny and obedient;

a complex of oils and extracts of jojoba, blueberry, soybean, sesame and grape seed restores the cell-membrane complex of hairs.

"FLASH TINT" is the first dye for eyebrows and eyelashes with a natural pH level that remains unchanged during the dyeing procedure.
