This snoopy was in a small plastic bag that matched the size. It appears as though it has never been used or handled as there are no flaws that I can see. Please check pics closely there are no scratches or spots with missing paint or other signs of wear. The sticker on the bottom is not worn at all and still stuck on tightly.
