HISTORICAL FABRIC: Did you know? In the Viking Age, Scandinavians extensively
used linen for their serks (underdresses) and tunics, mainly in natural (ecru)
or bleached (white) shades. However, excavations at the Birka site have
revealed linen in vibrant hues, including red found in graves 762 & 757,
and blue in grave 60A. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
: Wash separately in cool water (40°C/104°F) Avoid bleach. Gently hand wash
without wringing. Iron while slightly damp on a warm setting.
