Player has been tested and is in good working order. Item was tested and charged three days ago and still has a full charge. Item does come with a brand new set of earbuds which are low end and original charging cable only. However, cable does have a slice in it, but only through the outside black layering not through the wiring inside so it does have a small piece of electrical tape over it.
