FAQ 1: Why the headphone has been fully charged, but it cannot be powered on?

-Firstly, you can use the 3.5mm cable to try if the headphone can be used in the wired mode.

Then, take off the 3.5mm cable and turn on the headphone to check if the headphone can be used. Sometimes due to overcharge, the headphone won't turn on.

FAQ 2: Why can't active noise reduction headphones completely isolate noise?

-Active noise cancelling headphones mainly eliminate low-frequency noise rather than high-frequency noise. Low-frequency noise has the characteristics of slow transmission speed, the active cancelling headphones have sufficient response time to offset the opposite sound wave of low-frequency noise.

The high-frequency noise has the characteristics of fast transmission and attenuation. Active noise cancelling headphones does not have enough response time to capture and process them.

FAQ 3: Why is it uncomfortable to wear it for the first time?

-Please stretch the left and right ear shells in opposite directions 3-5 times (close to 140°) to avoid this kind of problem again.
