I have a vintage Quick! Butterick pattern # 6089 that features a dress in four styles.  The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Dress has fitted bodice, narrow bias neckline with or without purchased trim, back zipper, gathered three tier skirt, attached purchased ribbon bow trim and topstitch trim.  Sleeveless, short sleeves gathered at cap elasticized at lower edge or full-length sleeve gathered at cap elasticized at wrists. 

This is a children's size 3 (22" breast and 20 1/2" waist).  This is an out of production, uncut pattern. It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S. Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
